Structural Coherence Analysis
SCA is StratDNA's proprietary framework for measuring the alignment between empirical data and public discourse. Developed from original research on China's Digital Silk Road in Southeast Asia, it produces a Structural Coherence Index (SCI) that quantifies how well an actor's real-world position matches its narrative position. SCA is the validation engine behind every output in the SIS intelligence pipeline.

Combining expertise in social network analysis, policy research, and decision analytics supported by geospatial methods and data visualization to deliver evidence-based insights across governance, industry, and economic development. Research interests include digital geopolitics and China's Digital Silk Road initiative in Southeast Asia. His master's thesis on China's Digital Silk Road in Southeast Asia served as the empirical foundation for Structural Coherence Analysis (SCA), a measurement framework he developed to quantify the alignment between empirical power structures and digital narrative formations. Holds a Master's in International Relations from Paramadina University, Jakarta.
Oversees StratDNA's research agenda and methodology. Brings expertise in public policy analysis, disinformation studies, and security strategy, grounded in rigorous data-driven methodology. With an academic background in international relations and experience bridging political science, psychology, and social network analysis, his research focuses on geopolitics, digital propaganda, and the societal impact of emerging technologies. Holds a Master's in International Relations from Paramadina University, Jakarta.
Manages StratDNA's institutional relationships and strategic collaborations. Currently serving as Assistant Editor-in-Chief at a leading economic media outlet, with deep expertise in capital markets, state-owned enterprises, and infrastructure. Holds a Master's in International Relations from Paramadina University, Jakarta, with investigative research comparing Japanese and Chinese foreign direct investment in Indonesia and its correlation with Jakarta's MRT development.
Leads StratDNA's policy intelligence function and government relations strategy, combining sharp analytical insight with deep institutional access. Leverages an extensive network spanning central and regional government, cross-ministerial bodies, and political parties to map the policy landscape and deliver critical intelligence that informs StratDNA's strategic direction. Brings a strong foundation in political journalism and policy reporting, enabling precise stakeholder reading and proactive engagement across Indonesia's evolving policy environment. Holds a Bachelor's in Political Science from Universitas Nasional, Jakarta.
Oversees end-to-end program delivery and operational excellence across StratDNA's project portfolio. Brings strong leadership experience in student governance and regional policy advocacy, including co-initiating the drafting of an Education Regional Regulation in Bekasi Regency. Actively leverages an extensive network of journalists across Bekasi Regency to support StratDNA's media engagement and public outreach efforts, ensuring program narratives reach the right audiences at the right time. Holds a Bachelor's in Political Science from Universitas Singaperbangsa, Karawang.
Leads StratDNA's data operations, responsible for building and managing the organization's data infrastructure and analytical workflows. Brings a solid technical foundation in computer science and hands-on experience in organizational leadership, having served as President of the Student Executive Board (BEM) during his academic years. His background in structured thinking, team coordination, and institutional management positions him to develop StratDNA's data capabilities as a core strategic asset. Holds a Bachelor's in Computer Science from Universitas Pelita Bangsa, Bekasi.
